The SAMMEE Milk Tea Powder Boba Kit contains an all-in-one mix of tea, non-dairy creamer, and sugar, for a ready-to-drink bubble tea that is as easy to make as it is to drink. This mix can be used to make iced, blended, and hot drinks.

TARO ROOT WHIPPED CREAM
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp of the taro root milk tea powder
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Any 16 oz. Cup
Water or Milk
Strainer for Boba
INSTRUCTIONS:
I make my ice molds the night before to make sure the are completely frozen. I mix 2 tsp and around 2 tbsp of water and pour into mold to freeze overnight.
Cook Boba: Boil 10 cups of water. Pour uncooked boba into water and stir lightly. When the boba begins to float on top turn the heat off and let boba sit for around 20 minutes under a closed lid. Strain boba and rinse with cold water. Then pour boba and 2 tbsp brown sugar into bowl and mix together. Let boba sit for 5-10 minutes to cool and begin working on the whipped cream and drink.
Milk Tea: Pour 1 cup of water or milk and 4 tbsp of the milk tea powder and stir until completely blended.
Whipped Cream: Whisk together 2 tbsp of the tea powder and the whipping cream until forming soft peaks (about 6 minutes by hand or 2 minutes using an electric mixer).
To assemble, add boba to glass and then ice. Pour the blended drink (filling about 2/3 of the glass). Add spoonfuls of the whipped milk until you fill the whole glass. Place the Teddy dog ice cube on top and enjoy!
BOBA DISCLAIMER:
Store any leftover uncooked boba in a sealed and airtight container in a cool/dry area. Do NOT store in the fridge.
Once opened, uncooked boba will last approximately 3-5 days. Once cooked, boba will only be good for about 6 hours. Do not refrigerate.
